I've had many vehicles repaired there over the years and seen many others. If you want a spanky office and cute receptionist, go elsewhere, but these guys are the real deal: still do restorations, while the bulk of their work is insurance. Never had a problem with the work done or had to take anything back.

It has been a long time since I've had an oil change experience worth writing home about. I was beginning to think that I would have to change my own oil just to avoid being haggled and insulted as I had been at the last few places I tried. Not once was I lectured about coming in more often or told I don't take care of my car as usual (I'm not negligent - most lube shops use it to instill fear and have you pay more money.)
Paul seems like a manager-type person who was the man I spoke with the whole time I was there. If there was such thing as a 'carside' manner, he got it right on the money. He was extremely polite and even asked permission to put air in my tires like I was some kind of heiress. I am used to other places either not asking to add air or forgetting to even check them. A lot of places only do it 'by request' - but when they don't communicate with you, how are you supposed to request it? So this place was quite amazing. They showed me my transmission fluid colour to assure me it's in perfect condition. Basically, I would go back there strictly for the customer service, but their prices are reasonable too. I would say they are like any other place but you actually get what you pay for.
The owner's name is 'Al' but I never met him. Maybe he will be in on a weekday. I have a $10 off coupon for next time if I take the middle package so that's another incentive to return. I am glad I don't have to figure out how to change my own oil because it isn't easy when you lack the tools needed.
They have a coupon right now on he back of Safeway receipts for $8 off. I wish I had known, but it was still worth it.

As a small business, I have no idea why having a web site would be required to make him a business to do work with. Phoned in my garage door problem Friday afternoon. My phone call was answered by a very friendly lady on the other side. I explained my problem and was told that she would not be able to send out anyone out till Monday. I no sooner hung up the phone and the lady phoned me back that she could send someone out on Saturday between 9 and 11 AM, I was assured that Saturday's charges were the same as weekday charges. Sure enough I got a call Saturday before 9 AM that the repair man was on the way. Upon arriving the repair man looked at my situation and listed the options available and at what cost. I immediately trusted the service after having been burned by a fast operator in the past, and relied on his advice. Within two hours my problem was solved, payed my bill and thanked him for a job well done. I would recommend this company to any of my friends. Thanks a lot to this fast, reliable and pleasant service at Crowfoot Garage door Service!

Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. Ace installed my liftmaster unit on an emergency basis about 4 years ago.. it has been a dream. Over the weekend somehow my son messed with the sensors. Ace was going to be unavailable to come for a few days but he took my call after I returned home from work and walked us through the steps to correct the sensor problem.
