This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. Matt was very friendly and professional. I hope to payback if I should ever need a major reconditioning / repair work. Thanks, Matt.

Dealing with Ron At City Collision was so easy. I had a small problem but it was not a problem with him . Dealt with a lot of businesses and this was the best experience. Would not hesitate to have anything done by City Collision.

I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.

Had a good experience last visit. Everyone is friendly. Dan kept me up to date with how things were going. Shuttle service is good, just didn't need it this time.

Dr. Legay is great! He's very compassionate and possesses a lot of knowledge regarding anatomy.
His receptionist (Janice?) is very abrupt and comes off as stuck up. I'm sure she doesn't mean to be though. I've called a few times regarding a question I had about my injury and she would ask me in the snappiest tone "well what did I tell you when you were in your appointment?" If I recalled what she had said, I wouldn't have called. Better social skills need to be practiced on her part!
