Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.
