Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. I recently bought a Yamaha P2500 S power amplifier from Axe Music, an amp that unfortunatlty had factory defects making it unacceptable for me... But Brad Pettigrew then took charge of the problem - a long two weeks process during wich we had to communicate on a regular basis by email - and he never let me down, managing it to have my amp replaced by Yamaha Canada ( the unit being picked up here at home, shipped to the company and the replacement one being delivered within a reasonable delay ).

Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Time Music Studios has been amazing! The owners are friendly and relatable, the staff is competent and welcoming and the teachers are qualified, fun and engaging. I like that my lesson is personalized to me at my rate and my preference. I also really like that my teacher lets me bring in music that I like to play and shows me how to play it. Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

Ibrahim the pharmacist is very knowledgeable, patient and offers wonderful customer service. If you need a vaccine, this is the place to go. My first vaccine was at a well known chain, Rx Pharmacy on 44th Ave is 101% times better. You won't even fill the injection. :)
