The facilitators are experienced, excellent and care about their student's success. There is a great deal of diversity in the classroom so you meet coaches from all over the world! I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.

Dr. Cheung is a professional and considerate dentist. My 3 year old had 6 cavities and was quoted by another dentist $3000+ for treatment under general anaesthesia. Not only was I weary of putting my child under general anaesthesia, but I was also appalled by the price tag. Dr. Cheung informed me of a much more affordable option using a topical solution (SDF), without the need for general anaesthesia. Thanks Jeff! He is also great with kids!

When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!
