I brought my car to Ferrante to an estimate. It was one of the coldest days of the year, but Mike examined the car and provided a fair estimate. I was strong-armed by my insurance adjuster to have the repairs done at their own service centre. I sent a cheque to Mike for his trouble, but he refused to accept any recompense.
Any future repairs will be done at Ferrante!

Excellent service. Came in for a window issue. Got a good and fast estimate. By 2pm job was done. A bonus to my surprised, the car was washed and vacuumed. Will for sure refer this establishment.

I bought my first car with this location and I couldn’t be happier. Mike worked with me tirelessly to find the best deal and went way above and beyond my expectations.
