I've used Dave to take care of all of my families bicycle maintenance over the last decade. The bicycle shops may of changed names several times but the key to success is finding a bicycle mechanic who cares about what they hey do and loves his craft. I have appreciated all of the years of service he has provided to our family and recommend him strongly to anyone with cycle or skiing needs all year round. My furnace broke down just days before our last cold snap. I had originally called another bigger company first. But after getting shuffled around, and then waiting over four days for someone to call me back I gave up and tried again. This is when a friend referred Randy at Fractal. And I’m thankful he did. I was very impressed with Gateway Companion Animal Clinic. They gave me an appointment quickly for my sick dog, even though I'd never been there before.
They are kind, sensitive and caring for sick pets (and for their distressed owners). When they thought my dog needed different care, they didn't hesitate to refer the case to a Veterinarian with more sophisticated equipment.
I believe my favorite pooch is alive today because of their swift and competent treatment.
