I saw Dr. Kerr twice this week. As always he’s just so friendly and approachable. He made a very kind gesture to me which helped a lot, although I won’t share what it was. I also met Jen for the first time. She was awesome and a good laugh. With 12 (yes 12) crowns coming my way, I’m sure I’ll be spending some time there. The best service I have ever received.
I recently took my wife’s SUV in that was a certified preowned vehicle purchase with extended warranty from another Ford dealer that has a very poor service centre I took it in to Woodbridge and they knocked it out of the park for me and my wife and took care of all the dangerous issues that the vehicle had and even washed it I am blown away by this type of service I thought the service industry was dead but this dealer made me believe again thank you.

washer not draining. called at 9am, made an appointment for 10:30 am. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, had a pump for my older model washer in the truck. Repaired, tested, and minor service to the washer complete in an hour. Gave some hints on washer use to extend life. Can't expect better or quicker service than that!

I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!
