The service i have been given at this location
has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. The absolute best service I've received compared to best buy, vision and future shop for sure.

I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop.
