I love this place! Whenever I am near the market and I am in the mood for a quick lunch I go here. You pick your container of lettuce and then pile on whatever veggies/cheese/protein you like. (The deal is 3 veggies/1 cheese/1 protein). And add sunflower seeds or croutons and dressing of your choice. I love it cuz I can customize the salad to what I want and not a set combination. My usual is romaine w/broccoli, celery, carrot, avocado, feta, and chicken with oil and vinegar dressing. The veggies are always fresh and the people working there are always friendly.
