I have used towing companies for many reasons over the years. They have been for the most part typical of the trade, abrupt and seem like shady characters.
As far as getting this level of professional service I felt I needed to go to yellowpages.ca to express how satisfied of a customer I am with A Basic Towing.
Clint is very careful, because of course, my car is my baby. And if anyone were to mistreat her I would know!
He drives very courteously and carefully and I trust him with my car and that says a lot.

Geoff and his team here are great, friendly, helpful individuals. This group has assisted Kids Up Front in towing our Stampede Parade float to the venue for two years now. We're always greeted with a pleasant and professional demeanor. I'd recommend this group for any towing needs; class acts!

Glen was very helpful with not only finding me but also in finding an auto body place in Calgary and offering to have his driver bring me to my campsite. He googled auto body places near me, suggested I sign up for AMA, quoted me the cost with and without it, and made me feel at ease while stuck on the side of the road. Excellent service!

It was almost -40 the other the day and my truck died in chestermere. I phoned all the towing outfit in the area but only yellow hook towing entertained my call. John O, the driver, got there in less than 30 mins. He knew I was very cold and offered for me to get into his warm truck, while he was setting up the tow. Awesome job John.
