I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D'Souza and his staff. My brother and I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 10 years. Dr. D'Souza sincerely cares about the well being of his animal patients and never pushes unecessary extra tests etc. that drive up costs as I have experienced at other vets, he clearly explains exactly what is needed and why. Both my son & myself were sick. Our family doctor was not available so I found 9212 Yonge Medical Centre. The clinic is clean and new, there was no line up and we were in to see a doctor within 15 minutes. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a medical clinic before. Excellent location with a lot of parking spots. Great selection of shoes. Since their opening, I have purchased 2 pairs of summer shoes, 2 pairs of autumn/spring shoes, and 1 pair of worm winter boots. ALL of them perfectly fit. I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!
