I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D'Souza and his staff. My brother and I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 10 years. Dr. D'Souza sincerely cares about the well being of his animal patients and never pushes unecessary extra tests etc. that drive up costs as I have experienced at other vets, he clearly explains exactly what is needed and why. Luca LaPianta did my dentures. He completely corrected the 'mess' that needed fixing in my mouth. His bedside manner is excellent. He is a warm and informative man and he knows his profession. The clinic is clean and new, there was no line up and we were in to see a doctor within 15 minutes. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a medical clinic before. Excellent location with a lot of parking spots. Great selection of shoes. Since their opening, I have purchased 2 pairs of summer shoes, 2 pairs of autumn/spring shoes, and 1 pair of worm winter boots. ALL of them perfectly fit. I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

Dr Soti is a great dentist, especially if you are very nervous about dental visits like me. He does excellent work, the office has a nice atmosphere and how can you not like a dentist with a great sense of humour! Kids and adults all like going to him. I highly recommend him.
