In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

I needed a short notice survey and pinning of the house to the lot. Bunker was busy but they fit me in and did the job in one day. Worked with me instead of telling me what I couldn't do. Absolute Pros. When they double checked the measurements one pin was out 3mm. Which they fixed!!! Soleil in the office was great to deal with. Pricing was similar to all surveyors in the area. Work was exceptional.

Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. Great experience from beginning to end. Tom, whom i met in the show room, attended on site several times prior to recommending appropriate fireplace choices and meticulously measured and remeasured to ensure an optimal outcome. Patient, informed and friendly he was a pleasure to deal with.
The crew, Joe and Jesse, who installed the fireplace unit, which was a challenging installation, were superb craftsmen who demonstrated a deep devotion to their craft and did a wonderful job!
