I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.

When completing an extensive exterior house renovation, we knew finding the right large 7'x18' garage door replacement would be a critical wow factor for our home’s ‘curb appeal.’ So we did our research and talked to almost a dozen dealers. The local company that stood out was DoorCare; their manufacturer was Clopay; the model we loved was the Canyon Ridge Modern. Our salesperson Steve was great; the installers careful and professional. It was a positive experience from start to finish!

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!

I worked 2 different events this summer, both set up by Salmon/Apex! I found their staff to be very friendly and helpful as well as efficient! When they came to pack and haul their stuff away I needed some help outside of their work description, a very nice and helpful older gentleman named Robert took the time and effort to help me!! I will be using them again next time we have an event and would certainly recommend them to others!!!
