I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!

Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! When we arrived to pick up the van the owner Raman helped explain the final bill

Mr Tire Auto Service Plus is my go to for any car issue. I'm a student in the area and they are always willing to help me and explain to me what is the best and most affordable option for my issue. They have absolutely amazing customer service and always take time to describe my car issues in terms I can understand. They are very reliable, responsible and never add on charges like some of those other auto shops. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
