This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. This is the only construction company I've used for the last 15+ years. They've built my pond / landscaped the gardens, designed and built the front porch, back deck, upgraded two small kitchen windows to a big bay window, redid my kitchen, bathroom and most recently retiled my entryway and refinished my hardwood stairs. I couldn't imagine my house without these guys. They're like family, except I keep inviting them back!
