I have dealt with Scott Paralegal Services on 2 separate occasions. The first was a civil matter (small claims court) and the second was a traffic offence.
In both situations, Johnny thoroughly explained worst and best case scenarios and what he believed would be the most likely outcome (although there are always exceptions). I am more than happy with the results in both matters. It is so refreshing to find someone as honest as well as professional in this field.

I just wanted to send a note about how happy I was with the service from Sergei and Mike (i think) on Saturday. Everything went smoothly and they were professional and cordial despite the heat and all the boxes to bring down the flights of stairs. I have had all my dogs attendant by my vet - Dr. Shibata and she is an exceptional doctor. When time comes to send your pet to rest, Dr Shibata and the staff are very comforting. Dr. Shibata explains your dog's problem in clear everyday language not technical wording that you do not understand. For 38 years I have been coming to her and Village of Manotick Animal Hospital, so I certainly trust them with my dogs.

Wow! I cannot thank you enough for squeezing us into M's schedule. He arrived on time and got right to it. Having a cracked shoulder blade I was unable to keep up with the cleaning in the past couple of months. I am normally a spot cleaner so you can imagine how thrilled I was to come home to find the whole house just gleaming and totally dust free - even the pile on the stair carpets stood up again. Great store, love the atmosphere! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Don't mind spending the extra 2 bucks on some items (although their prices are actually better than big box stores!)
