I traveled a lot for business, every time that I come to Cornwall for meetings I stay at the Best Western. This place is fantastic. This hotel "home away from home" has everything that you need. Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

I work for a delivery company and Went to the dollarama at 525 9th east to do a pick up today. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the packaging requirements and the label was missing. The manager from 1 water street was there, not only did she resolve the issue but she also worked with the employees in a kind and understanding manner which in turn ended up being a solid team effort leading to them learning how to do this and me being able to continue on in a timely fashion. i got excellent service at Carstar on Rosemont Cornwall. i went for quote for a scrap at the front corner of my SUV. Did not take long at all. Ronnie and the Staff were super friendly and very professional.All it needed was a buffing and touch up with paint. When it was all done i was ready to pay for the repair, they did not charge me anything. So i want to say Thank you again. I will recommend Carstar for there excellent service.
