We purchased a 2014 CRV from Derek M at Marv Jones . We were extremely pleased with the way Derek dealt with us . We had shopped at a closer Honda dealership and were very dissatisfied. GREAT QUICK SERVICE!!! I was stuck in the middle of the busiest intersection behind a light and my car shut down with no hazard signal!!! I received a lot of angry faces. But I called Benjamin Auto Towing right away and they came all the way from Coquitlam to maple ridge! Right on time and as fast as they could. We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!
