I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. You also told everything up front and made some recommendations that would get the job done/ keep costs reasonable. I was not here when the guys came out but Linda said they were great and also fantastic to work with.

Jesse was recommended by a good friend. I'm glad he did. Jesse was prompt on coming to view my crumbling chimney. He covered all the bases on how to do the correct job. He is a real gentleman to deal with and talk to. His crew were top notch, very friendly and respectable. They take tremendous pride in their work and it shows!
