We have used Discount Movers three times and they are amazing. They “Roll Out The Red carpets” literally. They start by introducing themselves, assessing the house and what needs to be moved . They wrap everything with stretch wrap so drawers aren't popping open. The gentlemen are very friendly and professional. There was not one wall bump or mishap. In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery!
