Phoned in my garage door problem Friday afternoon. My phone call was answered by a very friendly lady on the other side. I explained my problem and was told that she would not be able to send out anyone out till Monday. I no sooner hung up the phone and the lady phoned me back that she could send someone out on Saturday between 9 and 11 AM, I was assured that Saturday's charges were the same as weekday charges. Sure enough I got a call Saturday before 9 AM that the repair man was on the way. Upon arriving the repair man looked at my situation and listed the options available and at what cost. I immediately trusted the service after having been burned by a fast operator in the past, and relied on his advice. Within two hours my problem was solved, payed my bill and thanked him for a job well done. I would recommend this company to any of my friends. Thanks a lot to this fast, reliable and pleasant service at Crowfoot Garage door Service!
