They are very professional, on time, efficient and thourough. I have to say out of all the companies I asked for estimates from they not only got it to me quick, but were within my budget. They helped by showing me what I can do to cut costs, and made suggestions based on what my plans were that just made more sense. I highly recommend them! They may seem young to you but the experience and skill speak for themself.

My first encounter with Active Professionals was 2 months ago. All the staff at the office are exceptional – they are all extremely knowledgeable and will explain everything to the client. Our engagement and wedding rings were individually designed and made for us. Tina (the designer) seemed to know exactly what we wanted when we explained it to her. The rings turned out better that we could have ever imagined. I also thought having a custom made ring would've been much more expensive, but compared to major retail chains, they weren't. For my dollar, you might as well design what you want for the same price or less. It was an amazing and joyful experience for us both. T.L.R.

We had a flood from our 2nd floor toilet and the water leaked through to to the main floor, doing extensive damage to the living and dining rooms, and leaked through to the basement and destroyed about 2/3rds of our basement, Service master came in and did a great job cleaning up the water, then demolishing all the areas that needed to be done and taking everything down to the studs. They were timely, efficient, and a joy to work with. They let us know the exact timelines, A great job!

The company seemed to have found new help. I say this after reading previously posted reviews of course. I bought a dingy busted down house to flip and these guys renovated the entire house top to bottom, faster than I have had it done in the past. The price of their work was nothing compared to the profit I made off the house. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Now that the renovation is complete, the store is actually pretty nice and organized. However, theres a few areas, like the flooring, hardware and some product selections that could be improved on if they want to be a more complete supplier in the reno market. The store itself is great though.
