We originally hired Yorkshire Timber Wise to fix some falling down fence posts and 2 side gates that had been poorly constructed by a previous installer. Andy was so great. From the moment he came out to do our quote, we knew that this was someone with superior knowledge, experience and work ethic that we could trust to do a good job. And we were right. He and his team were so efficient and professional that we had them back the next week to replace our rotted, sagging backyard fence. Again, they went above and beyond, even trimming back some cedar hedges so that they wouldn’t be pushing up against the new fence. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new fence, knowing that our backyard is now completely safe for our kids and that we paid a very fair price for the exceptional work that was done. I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service! Lire plus
