Gahida and Carlos are a dynamite team that really care about you and your home. They renovated our Bathroom in the spring and our Kitchen this summer. I could not have asked for more, the design is amazing, Gahida was able to guide us through with recommendations, letting us make the final decision. Carlos does very high quality work, and has a great attention to detail. They are both such a pleasure to work with. Such great value, we could not ask for more!

I requested for a free inspection because I suspected there might be rat problem in my garage. A technician Jamie was promptly sent to do the inspection the next day. We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.

Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. brought our truck in for what I thought was a leak in the rear window. most companies would have taken a look, found it wasnt the window and sent me to the next. nor-del found the leak in my 3rd break light and said if they can fix it they will, not only did they fix it but they replaced the light bulb that had shorted as well - all done in an hour. appt was given ASAP and all COVID precautions in place! thankyou!

The design with red cedar is great, the materials are top-quality, and the crew who did the installation were excellent, punctual and tactful. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred.
