Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. John is a kind and honest man. I was quoted $6,000 by another HVAC company - then John came in and he repaired the entire thing for $300! He figured out exactly what was wrong with it and it only needed a new fan. He has been doing this work since he was a teenager and he has five licenses; a very broadly skilled man.

I was glad to hear Foot Works has varied hours with some late days to accomodate my work schedule. I love that Foot Works is directly across from the Bauer Lofts near Uptown Waterloo . I loved the friendliness of the staff, the relaxing foot baths while being served coffee, and the quality of treatments. I was relaxed, attended to and my feet feel better already.
