My glass on my cell phone broke and he took me in right away and fix the for me within the hour cuz I told him I was from Niagara Falls. A week later I broke the glass again from dropping on concrete and once again this gentleman came through for me and took care of me. He is a true professional and I highly recommended. I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.
