This is BY FAR the best business I've gone to for laser hair removal. The service is great, and the results are even more impressive. I've had laser hair removal in Prince George, Terrace, and with Smooth Effects in Vernon and Kelowna. Hands-down, they were the most cost effective and had the best results. Without a doubt, the laser machines that use cryogen to cool the skin are the most effective for my hair removal. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Keep up the great work Smooth Effects!!!

When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I was recently helped by Jaxon in the furniture area. A bookcase kit was too heavy for me to lift. He was nearby and quickly came to help me. He placed the heavy boxes ( purchased 2) in my cart and said he would arrange for someone to help me load my car. He was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. He made my day. By the way the bookcases went together without a problem. They are well made and easy to assemble and good value for $129 each. Please thank Jaxon for me.
