Best mechanic shop I have ever gone to. Marco is the most honest mechanic I have ever seen and not once has he taken advantage of me or anyone in my family. I will only take my vehicle to Marco to fix because he's a GOOD and HONEST mechanic.
I drive a 16 year old gmc and after he fixed the suspension and put new tires on it the thing has been riding like a Cadillac and I enjoy driving it now.

I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.
