On September 29th 2020, I had a TeleHealth consultation wth Dr. Russell OConnor. Because of COVID-19 apprehensions, arranging for me to have a virtual appointment relieved my anxiety greatly. Allowing my daughter to be present to assist me with technical support was much appreciated. I am most grateful to Dr. OCoonor for his patient, caring, respectful, and thorough virtual examination. I highly recommend others entrust themselves to his highly proficient medical practice as a physiatrist.

This is the second time on referral by Dr. Ong-Lam May that I have had the privilege to be treated by Dr. David Fenton and his team at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver.
Dr. Fenton and his team were extremely professional; they took great interest in my comfort and care. The results of their intervention are very satisfactory, and it has enhanced my lifestyle and increased my wellbeing.

I was having Partial Complex seizures multiple times every year. I was also only having 5hrs of sleep during these years. I now have had only 2 small seizures in the last four and a half years. I am also back to my full 7 hours or sleep ever night, which is the correct amount for my metabolism, and it is still getting better! I could not have done it without Dr. Prouts expertise and caring.

I would say that he is the best Dr. I have ever known! Now I know why some of my friends LOVE him! I have been in awful pain, because of a second degree ankle sprain. I didn’t know that these small ligaments could cause so much trouble! My hips , back and legs all hurt a lot because of this. I have been afraid to put weight on my foot for the past two weeks. I know that if I go soon he will know what’s best for my ankle and I would most likely walk out of there with no pains at all! ???

Hi,
I used to work at Seaspan when I began my orthodontic treatment back in 2012. However, I was unsatisfied with the result left from the 1st orthodontist so transferred over to Dr. Pocock who helped centered my upper mid-lne which was shifted by a few millimetres to the left.
I'm quite old so am not the typical kid patient. I don't care for sweet talk. I judge a doctor by his competency, care and integrity, and Dr. Pocock delivers on all three of these qualities.

5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

Last week I had an appointment for a denture adjustment with Dr. Vignault but a few days before the appointment I also had a molar that was bothering me. It was going to be extracted in the future but it was bothering me now. I asked Dr. Vignault if he could take care of it as I walked into the appointment. He said no problem and had it out within 15 minutes with absolutely no pain. He took care to surface numb the area first where the needle for the freezing was to be injected so I did not feel it go in. Previous dentists I have gone to never did this and I always felt the pinch of the needle which was to me the worst part. I felt no pinch and no pain when the tooth came out. I actually didn't know it was out until he told me it was. I appreciate the fast service and care. Thank you.
