My experience at Tuxedo Family Medical has been nothing but wonderful. I think the office manager, receptionists, nurse and Dr. Bradshaw are kind, compassionate and polite. I brought 3 different shoes in for repair on a Sunday. (yes, they are open on Sunday!) One was a sandal with broken strap, another was a leather bootie with a scrape in the toe and the third was a brand new leather bootie (never worn) that showed some flaking of the color on side. I was told he was very busy so it may be more than a week. I got a call in 3 days and I was very impressed with the work! He also repaired a tear in the bootie I forgot about and all 3 repairs cost only $21!

I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come. He also took care of the towing of my vehicle. Outstanding person and company, if it wasnt for him I would be stuck in my flipped car and freezing!
