Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I had the option of sending my Range Rover Instrument Cluster overseas to get it repaired by Land Rover experts, have it replaced at considerable cost or find someone local who can repair it. The last option is not an easy feat. Very little local guys are experts or know what they are doing. But I can tell you, Alex at Danmax is a Master Auto Electrical guy. I cant tell you how relieved I was. The guy is a master in my view. Very happy with the results. Thanks Alex!

Excellent customer service. I have been to this facility several times when I needed something urgently fixed. The owner is courteous and very professional. I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.

Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic
Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service.
But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. We waited less than one hour & paid less than expected.She called from FLa.& said God bless Dan & M. Mechanic!

My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.

I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment.
