Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Dustin took every tiny job we had and did it all amazingly well. Fast and friendly service and a high level of professionalism. Dustin even took the time to show me how to trouble shoot any issues we might face. I loved working with them and will always use EJ Mack for any plumbing jobs.

The quality of their work is top notch, they are meticulous in their attention to detail, they went above and beyond the call of duty, were just a pleasure to work with and COMPLETELY eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project like this. Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others.
