He completely worked around my schedule, showed up the next day and finished the roof in less than 2 days. No other company would even answer my calls.He kept me updated on everything, fixed problems I didn't know I had and was very honest about the work he was doing. I'm the kind of person who asks a million questions just so I understand (I knew nothing about flat roofs) and he was great about calling me back and explaining everything.There were no surprises on the bill and he did an exceptional job. I'm very pleased! Warranty is great and I feel safe knowing that my flat roof will be there for 30+ years. I would recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship.

I got Peter at Altex to replace the heat pump in my condo apartment. I am very pleased with the service he offered and the price that was charged. He covered the area where he was working with carpet. He was very clean in his work and installation, taking care to properly staple the wire and install the thermostat unit in a convenient location. I am very pleased, this was an easy transaction from the initial visit for a quote, to my having to reschedule, to the installation. Thank you Peter!

Surprised at the fast turnaround and how willing they were to work with my ideas. I had them build my website, provide my hosting, and put in 7 telephone lines too. These guys are pretty creative too; that's what really surprised me - they seem to be able to take ideas and run with them which is great because I don't have the time to do that myself LOL.
Anyway I'm just overall really pleased with them.
