Ann is actually a Master Groomer. She is a a respected professional in her field who trains professionals in the lastest products and grooms for any breed of dog. and works with orher professionals. Ann and her staff, Erica and Chrissy, are always kind and easy on the animals. It's unbelievable how calming a good Groomer like Ann is for an animal who is nervous of being groomed. James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. I am new to SFs (3 yrs). Man Ling Restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant (except for 1 in Brockville) that I eat at, for a number of reasons: First all of their food is MSG-free, is fabulous and always fresh (nothing heated up from 2 hours ago). The best egg rolls ever and my favourite is beef and green peppers. I have eaten there over 25 times and it's always perfect. Hats off to Man Ling. Don't forget the service, relaxed and friendly staff. My favourite restaurant of all time (a 10). Lire plus
