I dropped off lock and key sets for my 1964 Ford Galaxie, and I hoped that the Biggar’s could rework them and make them use-able. They rose to the challenge and did an excellent job with those vintage parts. When I returned to pick them up, my other car would not start when I was leaving. Kevin went above and beyond to help me. My car broke down here while I was vacationing at the Falls from Iowa, USA. I was so nervous to take my car to some mechanic that would charge an exuberant amount. I was immediately put at ease at McLeods. They explained to me what exactly they were doing and showed me the price beforehand. Not to mention they were so friendly and their customers that day were locals and that says a lot. I would recommend McLeods in a heartbeat!

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
