After someone tried to steal my car and trashed my ignition Kirmac did a great job of getting me back on the road. Extremely friendly and businesslike. I did have a small problem with a warning light after the work was done. I went back and once again got excellent service. Everyone was great. Problem solved. I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. I would go back again and I would highly recommend them. Great to know someone in Chilliwack who is a fully trained Merc mechanic!

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
