I was so impressed from the service I received from Bemac in 900 clyde ave, it was fast and totally didn't expect my car looked like new when I picked it up from repair. It was clean inside and out, and they even replace the car logo, so pleased with the service from Jamie and all the staff there, thanks much guys!!!!

I live 200kms away and will always bring my civic to Abdo. He is a fantastic mechanic, patient and informative to show me any mechanical issues. He is a good man!! Worth the trip...having a mechanic you can trust is golden.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. Was utterly impressed with my recent experience bringing my vehicle into Takaki Automotive for an e-test. Scheduling (and multiple rescheduling) of my appointment was dealt with effortlessly and with a smile by Hiroshi, the owner's son. I was made to feel like I had not inconvenienced anyone and that they would simply re-gig things to accommodate my changing schedule.
My actual appointment was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to sit in Takaki's welcoming wait room (where coffee, an aquarium, tv and decorations await) while enjoying my conversation with the friendly receptionist and other staff who would occasionaly venture by. Takaki's team is one big family - happy, respectful and very helpful with all my questions.
I am told Mr. Takaki sr himself is a caring man of many diverse talents. On this visit, the gentleman was busy outside, wielding a huge metal pick to chip ice from the walkway. I hope for the opportunity of chatting with him too, during my next visit.
The fee charged for today's visit was very reasonable; the information provided afterwards was helpful and there was no attempt to "upsell" or solicit additional work. I would highly recommend. this business.

This is one of the best garages around the OTTAWA area I have ever come across. These guys know their stuff, are honest about their assessments of what has to be done to your car, timely and cost effective. Call them first before trying anyone else.
