I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Keep doing the work that you are doing because it’s great. The work that was done to the car is fine. There is nothing that I can tell you to improve. The personnel that worked on the car did a great job. I’m really happy that you called and that you care about if I’m happy about my repairs. It’s nice to know that you’re not just about the repairs and that’s it. Great auto body and mechanical shop on the Danforth. They've been in the community for 50 years. Joe will take care of you and your car.
I go for everything from oil changes to mechanical issue, and for paint etc after accidents. They recently renovated, and the front office looks amazing.

I’m no dummy and I don’t like being treated like one. After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them. I found the opener that was just right for my garage door and had it installed in no time. Thanks!

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Derek and Scott are the nicest people ever. They are efficient, fast, thorough and super kind. They put in a new water system for us and serviced our well.
