Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Promised time was exact , also estimates were exact as well. First time customer and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Nothing negative about the experience today. Overall 5/5 stars.

We were referred to John and Kevin last year, and have since had great experiences with them for bathroom, basement and kitchen renovations, baseboards etc. They were knowledgeable and straightforward, easy to work with, and the quality of craftsmanship was solid at fair prices. My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Amazing service and super good dudes!

Not once but six times has Paul fixed, repaired, and refurbished my antique clocks and watches.
He was able to replace a square crystal from a 1930s ladies' watch. Repaired a 100-year-old men's pocket watch. Now they run like new.
He also repaired my modern watches with wristbands and batteries.
When you're out of time, go see Paul.
