I just finished working with Robert from Her touch floors on a small project and he did a fantastic job. He said he was coming out to give me a quote on Saturday and he did, he said he was going to do my job on Tues and he did. His prices are awesome and he works fast. Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John
