We had a unit with Metro for 3 months, every time we visited the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They made sure we got the size we needed rather than overspending for a larger unit that we would not fill. Hats off to them for outstanding service, and extremely knowledgeable staff!

We recently moved to the Maritimes from Ontario and got top notch service from this company. Right from the start things were good...they went out of their way to meet our start date and our move in deadline. Everything was padded to the hilt. They worked really hard and no breaks because we moved a big house full of kids and our stuff. They even moved the kids playhouse. Everything we asked for was not a problem. Good bunch, like I said. No damage or surprise costs.

The service they provided was unbelievable as they took the time to explain everything that was needed and show us what damage was done as to make us understand what parts were needed and why. The accident was on a Tuesday and the following week I had my vehicle in hand and it looked great. I thank you for taking the time with us and the care you put into our car.
