Rob educated us on all products available and which would be of interest or beneficial to us without being pushy along the. The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Renee. She fit us in in just a few minutes and we had no appointment. Polite and took time out to talk to our kids she was a very sweet lady. Our tax person was Sally is very knowledgable and will give them both a 15 out of 10 for sure
