i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof. Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Because of him I’ll drive past closer stores just to shop here. What ever you paying Sam double it!
