I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the professional approach at the Kent St. Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. Staff are pleasant and attentive and go out of their way to fill prescriptions promptly and accurately.
What's more, there is no extraneous charge if you have a provincial drug card and seniors save $2.00 on each of their prescriptions. And delivery is free.

Firstly, I debating hiring a moving company for the longest time and then my wife put the pressure on our timeline and so we went for it and called Wills. Usually I have done all the moving....anyways I called and they gave me a free quote and tons of advice about moving and they came and did it with no issues.
....I even had some old old appliances in a low ceiling basement and they were champs about it.
I recommend.

Great store, love the atmosphere! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Don't mind spending the extra 2 bucks on some items (although their prices are actually better than big box stores!)

James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. It’s far for me to get here but they’re close to my doctor so I plan my visits accordingly to benefit from their service and prices.
