We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.

I requested for a free inspection because I suspected there might be rat problem in my garage. A technician Jamie was promptly sent to do the inspection the next day. This is a great place to get used auto parts at a fair price! The guy is very pleasant with lots of selection, the cars are numbered & well organized with enough space between them, there's not a bunch of trip hazards everywhere like most places and they even laid down gravel so it's easy to dig down & get a jack under it & not muddy all the time... it's honestly my favourite place to get auto parts. Give them a call because they have a large selection.

Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this company.

I came in looking to buy a violin, and Rino showed me around and let me play everything in the shop, even instruments wildly out of my price range, just for the experience. As an advanced student, just a few weeks of practicing on this instrument has completely transformed my playing, and I deeply regret the literal years I wasted being held back by a poor instrument.
Rino is the most prestigious luthier in Vancouver and he actually knows what he's doing. Highly recommended.

brought our truck in for what I thought was a leak in the rear window. most companies would have taken a look, found it wasnt the window and sent me to the next. nor-del found the leak in my 3rd break light and said if they can fix it they will, not only did they fix it but they replaced the light bulb that had shorted as well - all done in an hour. appt was given ASAP and all COVID precautions in place! thankyou!

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours.
