Was very pleased with the service received at Embers Fireplaces and More in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. The people there are really nice and I know it is a real pain for them and they don’t get anything out of it. A big thank you to them!!!!
