Guys, let me just get straight to the point.
Great people can transform any experience.
In the past I had a ton of negative experiences with banks, and when I was embarassed, sad, and down-and-out the gang at Bank Of Montreal Bay + College were like angels to me.
They believed in me, they got me back on my feet even when it looked like all the "rules" were against me. Essie, welcomed me in and put me in touch with my rep, John.
John heard my story, listened really well, and I felt understood, and when he went to Jessica (the oh-so-fantastic manager) to get approval for me, he really went to bat for me.
Since then I've had incredible help when I lost my card (twice!) and when some scammer-ATM tried to get my PIN, from Grace, Clea, Miles, Lui (sp?) and more.
I'm so thrilled with my experience with this particular branch, that I travelled a 2hr commute, just to keep it as my home branch, when I moved away temporarily.
Do banks get reviews like this often? I don't know, but I know what I feel and my experience, and I felt compelled to share.

Highly recommend. I'm very pleased with results. Here is my story. I had an issue with a property that I bought a while ago. It turned out that the property was covered by a title insurance. The only problem was that the insurance company refused to cover the expenses. Alex was able to solve the problem in a matter of weeks without even going to a court.
Now they agreed to cover everything that I was entitled to.
