we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. Thanks god we found a 2004 Mazda3 in here and I roadtested the car,,,, wow, a new car is just so so! The deal was very easy to make! Afer drive home we just glad could not sleep whole night long. I could not find the business card of the tow truck company that we have used in the past so just went on the yellow pages to locate one. I ended up finding this one as it was the closest to the garage where my car was that needed to come home. The person I spoke to took all my information, gave me a time frame that I could expect the car to get to me and a price. The driver did come on time, gave me the bill for the right amount and was very courteous. He even took my bad tire and put it on my patio for me. I would definitely would use them again and I have now stored their info in my phone book

It was an amazing experience. We met with a car rental agent working with Routes at this location named Abby and she was so friendly and professional at the same time. She made sure we got our vehicle as quickly as possible inspite on long line ups. Very easy to deal with and she made our car rental experince a breeze.
Stongly recommend the company to take care of this employee and may be she is due for a raise or promotion. All the other staff was frindly and courtious as well.
